We are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Braintree, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This school is committed to inclusive education and supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring every learner can achieve their full potential. Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-16/18. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, Teaching Assistant role. * Provide in-class support to students, including those with SEN. * Work one-to-one and in small groups to support learning and engagement. * Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources where necessary. * Support students with emotional, behavioural, and learning needs. * Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. * Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to meet student needs.
