We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer who will deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance across a large London estate, working as part of a 24/7 shift team to ensure critical buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Role Responsibilities: * Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services. * Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical and mechanical) providing 24‑hour cover for the London estate. * Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions. * Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems. Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. * City & Guilds craft certificate / ONC or equivalent. * Recognised craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).. * Ability to obtain and pass full intrusive security checks (mandatory). * C&G Level 3 in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
