Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Provide intervention support for students requiring additional help

Opportunity to work within SEN, pastoral, or subject-specific support

Excellent experience prior to teacher training or psychology pathways

Full-time Monday to Friday role

Candidate Requirements

2:1 degree or above preferred

Strong academic background

Passion for education and supporting young people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or youth work experience desirable
