Recruitment Administrator – Northampton Location: Northampton, NN1 Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum Holiday: 4 weeks per annum, with additional days accrued through length of service Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm, depending on business requirements Hybrid Working: 1 day per week Hybrid working available Job Type: Permanent We’re Hiring: Recruitment Administrator Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Northampton office. This is a varied role where you will support the recruitment team with day-to-day administration, candidate resourcing, payroll, compliance and client bookings. You will play a key part in keeping a fast-paced recruitment office running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Processing payroll and managing weekly timesheets * Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate resourcing * Answering calls and handling queries professionally * Registering temporary workers and completing compliance paperwork * Assisting with client bookings accurately and efficiently * Supporting candidate placements, with a bonus scheme for every new starter you place What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in recruitment or a busy administrative role is desirable, but not essential * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail * Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in What We Offer * Salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum * Bonus scheme for successful candidate placements * Supportive and friendly team environment * Training and development opportunities * Hybrid working available 1 day per week * The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company Interested?
