IT Solutions Manager We’re seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to lead a small technical team supporting customers using High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, including Linux clusters and workstations. This role blends technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, and pre-sales support. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor IT Support Engineers * Act as senior escalation point for technical issues * Design and deliver HPC and infrastructure solutions * Oversee system builds, configuration, and handover * Work with suppliers on procurement and upgrades * Support sales through technical input and proposals Skills & Experience Essential: * Strong systems/infrastructure background * Linux server and desktop experience * Customer-facing support experience * Solution design capability * Strong communication and organisation Desirable: * HPC, servers, or cluster experience * Cloud/hybrid architecture exposure A great opportunity to combine leadership, technical expertise, and commercial impact in a growing, specialist environment
