Regional Manager Cumbria 90,000 + Bonus + Benefits Our client is a leading national Independent Financial Advice firm, providing high-quality, client-centric financial planning solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to oversee and support a network of Independent Financial Advisers within a defined region. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of a panel of IFAs. You will act as a trusted business partner to advisers, driving growth, improving quality, and ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met. Lead, manage, and support a regional panel of Independent Financial Advisers Drive adviser performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular reviews Ensure advisers operate in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards Monitor business quality, file standards, and client outcomes Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisers Identify growth opportunities and implement regional business plans Act as a key liaison between advisers and head office functions (Compliance, Operations, Paraplanning, Sales Support) Strong understanding of UK financial advice regulations and compliance requirements Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
