Regional Electrical Engineer £55,000–£65,000 + car + benefits UK | Regional travel covering either North or South England depending on where you are located Key responsibilities Support HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear and hazardous area equipment Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams Lead fault finding, root cause analysis and reliability improvements Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations Support projects from design through to commissioning Manage contractors, suppliers and equipment upgrades Requirements Electrical engineering experience in industrial or high‑hazard environments Strong HV/LV systems knowledge COMAH experience essential Understanding of ATEX, DSEAR or similar regulations Strong technical problem solving and ability to read drawings These roles suit engineers looking for greater ownership and regional responsibility while remaining hands‑on.
