Design Engineer

White Label is working exclusively with an engineering company in Keighley that require a Design Engineer with Solidworks experience. You will be working as part of a tight-knit team to design innovative new products and redesign some existing models. My client operates a relaxed environment where engineers work closely together to ensure project timelines are met and the company meets its objectives. The day-to-day role of the Design Engineer will involve * Concept design drawings for the new product range * Working alongside Senior Engineers to create new products / re-design existing products * Create BOM, design to manufacture / production models on Solid Works * Detail drawings * Occasional site visits Experience required of the Design Engineer * You must have experience using Solidworks (A Solidworks CAD test will be involved in the interview process) * Sheet Metal/Fabrication experience would be an advantage Package/Benefits * A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension * Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 5 pm with 30 minutes lunch and 8:30 – 4 pm on Friday.
