Supervising Solicitor

Supervising Solicitor Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP Job Type: Hybrid - 2 days Onsite A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, professional development opportunities, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a supportive working environment. We are open to candidates who do not currently hold supervision accreditation but are willing to work towards obtaining it. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Family Law matters including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Divorce and Private Children cases. * Provide excellent legal advice and client care. * Prepare court applications, witness statements and legal documents. * Manage Legal Aid applications through CCMS. * Support and supervise paralegals and other team members. * Work towards obtaining supervision accreditation if not already accredited. Requirements: * Solicitor qualification recognised in England and Wales * Relevant accreditation for Supervising, or must be willing to obtain * Must have, minimum 5 years PQE * Experience working on legal aid cases * Detailed, organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines * Must be confident in managing a team of Paralegals and supporting them in their roles * Confident in using IT and different software * Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills Benefits * Annual bonus scheme * Working Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday * Hybrid Working * 23 days holiday a year, plus Bank Holidays * On-site parking * Shuttle service provided * Discounted gym membership * Free tea, coffee and snack when working on-site * Training and development opportunities * 5 days of paid study leave
