Marketing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Are you a strategic, commercially focused marketing leader looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across an exciting portfolio of B2B and B2C brands within the travel industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel marketing function, leading digital campaigns that drive audience growth, customer engagement and commercial revenue. You'll manage and develop a talented marketing team while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of digital and print brands.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, paid media and website marketing.
Lead marketing activity for industry events, driving registrations, ticket sales, awards entries and attendee engagement.
Create and optimise customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation using CRM and marketing platforms.
Deliver commercial client campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
Analyse campaign performance, website traffic and audience insights, using data to optimise future marketing activity.
Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and reporting, presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and creative execution across all platforms.
Identify new audience growth opportunities, partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.
Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Work closely with commercial, editorial and customer success teams to support business objectives and maximise revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
Strong digital marketing expertise across email, content, social media, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
Experience using customer engagement or marketing automation platforms to build personalised customer journeys.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using data and insights to drive performance.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the online travel sector preferred but not essential
