Experience: Minimum 1 year UK practice as an HCPC-registered Paramedic

We are seeking experienced HCPC-registered Paramedics across the UK to join our national team of Functional Assessors. This role is ideal for Paramedics who are looking for more predictable hours, a supportive clinical environment, and opportunities for career development — while continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful way.

You'll receive full training and ongoing support, so no previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

• Competitive salary: £37,500 – £49,934 (location-dependent)

• Conduct functional assessments using a structured clinical approach

• Maintain HCPC standards and follow clinical best practice
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Applicants must:

• Be an HCPC-registered Paramedic
• Have at least 1 year of post-registration UK experience
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and sound clinical judgement
• Be comfortable working with digital systems in a hybrid setting
• Bring a compassionate, professional approach to every assessment
