Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full-time
Career Makers are working with a well-established care provider who are looking for an experienced Area Registered Manager to oversee multiple complex services across Cheshire West & Liverpool.

Responsibilities as an Area Registered Manager:
Take overall responsibility for the quality and performance of multiple services
Act as the CQC-registered manager for one or more services
Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service and Cluster Managers
Identify opportunities for service improvement and development
Promote a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent outcomes

Requirements as an Area Registered Manager:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards it
Previous management experience within supported living, learning disabilities or complex care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Full UK Driving Licence
