Class 2 Dustcart

Driver Hire Colchester are currently recruiting for a Dustcart Driver. We are seeking an experienced and reliable HGV driver to work with one of our clients operating dustcart/refuse collection vehicles in the Colchester area. Job Details: * Pay rate: £17.00 per hour * Monday to Friday work * Early morning starts * Ongoing and ad hoc work available * Immediate start The Role: * Driving and operating refuse collection (dustcart) vehicles * Working as part of a collection team on residential or commercial routes * Ensuring collections are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule * Carrying out daily vehicle checks * Following all health & safety procedures Requirements: * Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence preferred * CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card * Previous refuse or dustcart experience advantageous but not essential * Good understanding of safety procedures * Reliable and team-focused attitude This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work in the waste and recycling sector.
