What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly:
* Recruiting and registering healthcare professionals across the UK
* Accurately entering and managing candidate & client data within our CRM
* Supporting compliance processes and ensuring all documentation is up to date
* Handling general admin tasks (emails, calls, filing)
* Assisting consultants with bookings, confirmations, and shift allocations
* Liaising with candidates and clients regarding timesheets and documentation
* Supporting the bookings team, with a clear pathway for progression
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in administration or data entry (recruitment/healthcare is a bonus)
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong IT skills, particularly database systems
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Clear and confident communication skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
