Job Title: Fire Stopper Surveyor Salary: £40,000- £50,000 (depending on experience) + Company vehicle Location: South England About Us London Fire Solutions is a leading passive fire protection specialist, delivering high-quality, compliant fire door manufacturing, installation, and remedial services across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Compartment Fire Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of projects across the UK. Key responsibilities include * Conducting detailed compartmentation inspections * Ability to work in confined spaces such as loft areas * High attention to detail * Dealing with the public/residents * Ability to mock up floor plans for loft compartmentation details * Measuring compartment breaches and identifying service types * Being able to read floor plans and compartmentation drawings * Accurately explaining firestopping breaches and being able to Provide firestopping solutions Essential Experience * Full UK Driving License * Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or equivalent) for firestopping surveyors * IFE certificate Level 2 + * Proven experience in conducting firestopping inspections * Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and compliance standards * Ability to produce clear, accurate survey reports * Good written and spoken English * Ability to work unsupervised What’s on Offer: * Paid mileage * Company uniform provided * Death in Service benefit * Cycle to Work scheme * 20 days annual leave + your birthday off * Extra 1-day annual leave per year of service (up to 25 days) * Consistent, long-term workload * Ongoing training and development * Clear opportunities for career progression within a specialist industry Why Join LFS?
