Female Regional Support Worker Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas Pay rate: £15.00 per hour plus paid travel expenses 25p per mile Hours: 36 hours per week Shifts: Days, Wake Night, Sleep- in shifts Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence plus own transport (due to nature of the role) Weekly or Monthly pay Available! This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours , ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.Youll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment What youll bring Were looking for people who already have experience in: Complex Care (tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, etc.) Autism Epilepsy Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging Mental Health support Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
