Youll be heading up the design of major landmark buildings
- skyscrapers, stadia, hospitals and events centres
- while working directly with top developers and influencing projects from the very start.

What youll do Leading the electrical design on high-profile MEP projects, youll take ownership from early-stage concept through to handover.

Youll be meeting with clients to shape the brief, working with developers and architects, writing specs and choosing equipment that delivers both performance and sustainability.

Youll run design team meetings, guide outputs and mentor junior engineers
- sharing your knowledge while helping them improve.

What youll need At least 15 years experience in electrical design for building services Multi-sector experience, covering commercial, healthcare, sports and cultural buildings Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide others and present ideas clearly About the company An independent building services consultancy with two northern offices and over 40 technical staff, theyve been around for nearly 20 years.
