Key Skills * Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical * Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery * Understanding of PPM systems The Role * PLC Programming and Fault Finding (Allen Bradley, Siemens) * Proven experience in the use and implementation of PLC systems and automated production processes. * Knowledge of robotics, pneumatic, mechanical systems * Proven ability to use a logical approach to problem solving and root cause corrective action (RCCA) * Familiarity with formal problem-solving techniques such as SGA, DMAIC, 7-step, PDCA, 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram. * Experience with SCADA Systems * Knowledge of equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), planned maintenance and spares control * Proven ability to implement project schedules and plan effectively and on time * Experience with capital investment for new or improved equipment * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Significant experience in electronics and / or automotive manufacturing is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite If you are interested in this role please send a copy of your current CV using the details provided, interviews will be held locally, and the company is looking to recruit this role as soon as possible.
