Pension Risk Transfer Specialist - 108897Base Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham or BristolKPMG’s Pensions Advisory continues to build out its new pensions team and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team. We are looking for a talented Director to join our team, who will be responsible for building and leading our pension risk transfer proposition.As a Director, you will be responsible for effective collaboration within teams, supervising the work of junior staff, and providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements.Why join KPMG as a Pension Risk Transfer Specialist?KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancy businesses and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the rapidly growing Pensions Advisory team. In addition, the candidate will be able to shape and influence the team’s new pension risk transfer service.What will you be doing?Building the proposition and the internal knowledge infrastructure around insurer research, pricing mechanisms, vendor selection material and client reportingLeveraging internal networks and relationships to identify opportunitiesDeveloping corporate and trustee networks, maintain relationships and help create the KPMG pensions brand and opportunities in the risk transfer spaceCreating sales and marketing materials, building quality pipeline and leading presentations to win new businessTraining other team members and passing on knowledge to create a high-performing capability in the pension risk transfer market.
