We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner – Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a well-established precision engineering business in Kidlington.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong CNC turning experience who enjoys working with high-quality components, engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
CNC Turner Roles and Responsibilities:
* Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes
* Manufacturing precision-engineered components to customer drawings and specifications
* Carrying out manual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
* Working with a range of metals and engineering materials
* Maintaining accurate documentation and following workplace procedures
* Operating multiple machines where required
CNC Turner Ideal Candidate:
* Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
* Good knowledge of Fanuc machine controls
* Experience manufacturing high-precision components to fine tolerances
* Able to read and work from engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* A reliable team player with a positive and professional attitude
CNC Turner Working Hours and Benefits:
* Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
* 20 days' annual leave, increasing to 25 days after one year's service, plus bank holidays.
* Overtime available
