Learning Support Assistant - Somerset

We are currently looking for committed and passionate Learning Support Assistants to provide comprehensive support to teachers and pupils across a number of our trusted primary schools throughout Somerset.

The Role:

• Day to day support in the classroom, assisting with behaviour management throughout lessons.
• Engaging with, and supporting a range of children, some with SEN.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Empathy and patience together with a personable and trusting approach.
• The ability to demonstrate calmness, flexibility, and resilience in challenging situations.
• A true desire to support children with both educational and pastoral needs.
• Previous experience as an LSA within schools (Mainstream or SEN desirable but not a necessity).
