About the role

The role of Head Chef - £70K+

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to work within this well-respected and successful West End restaurant.

As Head Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast-paced service for up to 600+ covers in this all-day dining venue

Youll work with seasonal ingredients to cook authentic Central European dishes, which are well thought out.

£70K + 25% bonus
In-house management training
Supplier trips

The Person

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous within high-end restaurants is needed; however, its a more relaxed vibe than many fine-dining establishments.

An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a large team of 20+ Chefs.

Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
