SITE ADMINISTRATOR – HINCKLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Duration: 5 Months Rate: £17.00 per hour PAYE Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am/8am till 4pm Potential: Permanent position available following successful completion of the contract ROLE OVERVIEW Integrate Resources Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to work on a construction project in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This is initially a 5-month contract, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day site operations and maintaining accurate project documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Providing general administrative support to the site team * Maintaining and updating site records and documentation * Managing paperwork, timesheets and site records * Assisting with the onboarding of site personnel * Maintaining filing systems and project documentation * Supporting site management with general administrative duties * Liaising with site personnel, contractors and office teams * Updating spreadsheets and databases * Assisting with document control and reporting * Ensuring site documentation is kept accurate and up to date * Carrying out any other general site administration duties as required REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience working as a Site Administrator or in a similar construction administration role * Construction/site-based experience preferred * Good organisational and communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * CSCS card would be advantageous but is not essential WHAT'S ON OFFER * £17.00 per hour PAYE * 5-month contract * Monday – Friday working * Potential for the role to become permanent * Opportunity to work with an established construction contractor * Immediate/near-term start available
