You don't need to be a career manager.
In fact, we'd be particularly interested in someone who has come up through the drainage industry and is now ready to take responsibility for a team.
You could be an experienced Drainage Engineer, Senior Drainage Engineer, Team Leader or Supervisor who knows the industry inside out and is ready for the next step.
You'll need:
Strong practical drainage experience
The confidence to supervise and lead engineers
Good communication and customer-facing skills
A safety-first approach
The ability to stay calm and make decisions when things don't go according to plan
A genuine willingness to get involved rather than simply delegateWhy move?
Because this isn't just another drainage job.
You'll be joining a business with the infrastructure and ambition to grow, while giving you the opportunity to step into a genuine supervisory position and make your mark on the Hull operation.
If you're currently the person everyone turns to when a difficult job comes in, it might be time for your job title to reflect it.
