This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with recent SEND experience who is confident supporting pupils with complex needs, SEMH and challenging behaviour. The Role Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs within a specialist classroom Supporting learning, communication, personal development and independence Managing and responding positively to challenging behaviour Working closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team Providing consistent, nurturing and individualised supportTo be considered, you must: Have recent experience supporting children or young people in a SEND school or specialist provision Have experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH needs and challenging behaviour Be confident working in high-needs environments Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one Provide a full employment and education history with references Have the legal right to work in the UKWhy work with Tradewind Recruitment?
