About the role

W13 Ltd is a growing design and build company with a strong pipeline of secured residential and mixed-use projects. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of high-quality developments. As a Residential Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and driving site performance. Full site management from setup through to completion Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities Managing subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials effectively Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and within budget Monitoring quality control, inspections, and snagging processes Liaising with project managers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Foreman in residential construction Strong track record delivering housing or residential developments Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery SMSTS (essential), First Aid preferred Full UK driving licence Long-term, stable opportunity with a strong project pipeline Exposure to a variety of residential and design & build projects Competitive salary based on experience If you are an experienced Residential Site Manager looking to join a forward-thinking and growing company, we would like to hear from you.
