This role focuses on managing and delivering complex projects aligned with the target operating model, with a particular emphasis on business transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and effectively support the organisations strategic goals, fostering positive relationships and offering practical solutions along the way.Proven experience in Project Management within am operational transformation environmentStrong understanding of target operating modelsKey projects will include a Target Operation Model restructure and integrations so experience in these areas will be keyExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIn this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of 90,000-100,000 per year, complemented by benefits and bonus schemes. xrnqpay
