HR Consultant

My client is a well established and growing HR consultancy based in Cornwall, and they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys working autonomously, managing a varied caseload, and building trusted relationships with clients.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* CIPD Level 5 qualified or above

* Strong Employee Relations experience, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence management

* Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law

* The ability to manage their own workload and work independently

* Strong communication and relationship building skills

* Previous consultancy experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to clients

* Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases

* Supporting clients with HR policies, procedures and best practice

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Delivering a high quality HR service across a varied client portfolio
