Working Foreman (Nightshift)

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an ongoing fit out project based in Northampton. This is a hands-on role ideal for a foreman who is confident leading trades on site while also working alongside the team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising day-to-day site operations * Managing subcontractors and site trades * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained * Coordinating works and maintaining project schedules * Carrying out hands-on duties where required * Reporting progress to senior management Requirements: * Previous experience as a Working Foreman on fit out projects * Joinery background * Strong leadership and communication skills * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid qualification preferred * Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities effectively What’s on Offer: * Ongoing opportunity on a high-profile fit out project * Competitive pay rate (CIS) * Immediate start * Supportive and professional working environment Please follow link to apply
