The head of Supply Chain will lead/optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, integrating S&OP, leading a systems implementation and supporting the business as they move towards best in class supply chain operations. Description The role of Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for: Lead the S&OP process to align milk intake, processing capacity, and customer demand. Align outputs to financial and operational target Develop and execute the procurement strategy to ensure quality, cost and supplier reliability Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness Managing the various routes to market from a logistics perspective, ensuring cost-effective delivery Lead the multi-site planning function Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the business objectives growth and sustainability goals Manage and continue to develop a high performing team, with clear succession planning Profile A successful Head of Supply Chain should have: Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to analyse data and implement strategic improvements. Knowledge of supply chain software and tools. Previous examples of leading and developing S&OP, improving procurement and optimising logistics A degree or relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £105,000 per annum.
