Our client is a UK business software company.

Our client's IT Managed Services business helps customers modernise and run their datacentre and Azure environments. The Professional Services function delivers structured, outcome driven technical engagements that help customers design, implement, and optimise their infrastructure, spanning both on premises datacentres and Microsoft Azure.

This is a hybrid, delivery focused, customer facing role covering datacentre infrastructure and Microsoft Azure. You will implement and migrate infrastructure across Windows Server, virtualisation and compute platforms, storage, clustering, backup, and disaster recovery, and deliver Azure infrastructure and hybrid identity workloads alongside them. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is desirable. You will work closely with pre-sales, Principal Consultants, Architects, and operational teams to deliver high quality, supportable solutions aligned to agreed standards.

• Provide hands-on design and delivery expertise across datacentre, hybrid, and Azure environments, acting as the customer's main technical point of contact during engagements.
