Supported Living Worker – Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day * Location: Forest Hall * Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour * Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time, Part Time * Shifts Available: Days | Sleep-In * Female applicants only - Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1) We’re recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care to young adults, with a combination of physical/and or learning disabilities, care and support at a charity-led Independent Supported Living environment. The facility consists of 10 self-contained bungalows – all with onsite staff facilities and car parking. What you’ll be doing You’ll be helping individuals live as independently as possible by assisting with everyday tasks including: · Cooking · Cleaning · Organising social activities · Supporting with health appointments You’ll play an important role in improving their quality of life by offering day-to-day support, emotional encouragement, and meaningful engagement. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for Supported Living Workers who are: * Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and or physical disabilities. * Strong communicators with a proactive attitude. * Willing to travel within the local area. * This is a 24/7 service – Support Workers must be willing to work both days and nights.
