Commercial Property
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid working available
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner level to join our Cirencester office. The successful candidate will work self-sufficiently to run and develop their own caseload whilst collaborating with the Head of Department to grow the department’s reach across the firm’s offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a varied caseload – Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and other commercial property matters from start to finish.
- Provide clear, expert advice – Draft and negotiate contracts, prepare legal documents, and give practical, solution-focused guidance.
- Build client relationships – Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders to deliver seamless transactions and excellent service.
- Contribute to business growth – Spot opportunities to cross‑refer and help win new work.
- Support and mentor others – Share knowledge, guide junior colleagues and play an active role in the team’s success.
- Stay ahead – Keep up to date with property law developments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practice.
