Technician Roles

Charles Hurst Group is recruiting Technicians at every level, from Newly Qualified and PDI Technicians through to Senior, Diagnostic and Master Technicians.

Pay Structure

• PDI Technician / MOT Tester: £26,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £32,600 OTE
• Qualified Technician: £32,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £38,600 OTE
• Technician (12+ months): £32,000‑34,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £40,600 OTE
• Senior / Diagnostic Technician: £36,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £42,600 OTE
• Master Technician: £40,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £46,600 OTE

Additional Role Inclusions

• Saturday overtime at time and a half
• Clear progression routes

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (for technical roles)
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant experience for the brand or level you’re applying for
