As a key hire within one of the region's most respected corporate practices, this position offers the opportunity to remain at the leading edge of the corporate and M&A market without the pressures of fee-earning or demanding billable targets.Working closely with lawyers across the team, you'll develop and maintain precedents and know-how, deliver technical training, provide guidance on complex legal issues, monitor legislative developments and help shape best practice.
