This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can engage students in meaningful discussions surrounding religion, ethics, philosophy, and contemporary social issues. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would welcome your application. The Role As a Religious Studies Teacher, you will: * Deliver engaging and differentiated RS lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement. * Assess, monitor, and report on student progress. * Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives. * Encourage critical thinking, debate, and respect for diverse beliefs and cultures. * Support students in achieving their full academic potential. The Successful Candidate Will Have * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related subject. * Experience teaching Religious Studies within a UK secondary school setting. * Strong classroom management skills. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
