The Sales and Market Researcher role is key within the New Business and Sales and Marketing departments. Reporting to the Head of Land and New Business, this role will be responsible for assessing new opportunities for the New Business Teams to support the purchase of land, package transactions and S106 properties as well as providing continued support to the sales team to support the onward selling of properties through market insight and analysis.
