Role: Full-Time HLTA Location: Barnsley (S63) Contract Type: Temporary Trust Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the S63 area for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across primary Planning, preparing, and delivering targeted intervention work to support pupil progress Providing occasional class cover where required Working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective support sessions Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils of all abilities and learning needs to achieve their potential Working collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents to support positive outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a minimum HLTA status or have relevant experience within a similar role (ECTs ideal) Have experience working within primary Be confident delivering intervention programmes and small group support Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team Have a proactive and positive approach to supporting xwzovoh teaching and learning Be flexible and confident providing class cover when required What we offer: Support from a dedicated team of consultants at Trust Education Access to a network of local primary schools Competitive rates of pay Opportunities for further placements The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
