Head of Goalkeeping Academy - Elite Youth Development

Blackpool FC is looking for a Head of Academy Goalkeeping to lead and develop their Goalkeeping Programme at Bloomfield Road. This role involves designing a progressive development pathway for goalkeepers, ensuring high-quality training, and maximizing player potential.

Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, the Head of Academy Goalkeeping will manage coaching staff, implement curriculum requirements, and support player transitions into senior football. The position demands evening and weekend availability, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
