The Role:

The firm are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Associate to join an energetic, market-leading team. You will play a key role in:

• M&A Transactions: Managing domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals.

Private Equity: Advising on investments, buyouts, and portfolio company matters.

Strategic Advisory: Providing corporate governance and commercial support to blue-chip clients.

About You:

• Approximately 2–4 years PQE with a strong background in corporate law.

Impressive academic record and training from a respected firm.

\t

High energy, commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
