Recruitment Consultant - Transport & Logistics

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bradley Stoke, specialising in the Transport & Warehouse sector.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing a strong existing client base and, importantly, winning new business.

The role

You'll take ownership of a warm desk, working with existing clients and candidates while developing those relationships to grow the desk further. Alongside managing current business, you'll be expected to identify and develop new client opportunities, so a genuine appetite for sales and business development is essential.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Growing a warm desk and maximising existing opportunities
• Identifying and winning new business
• Building a strong network within the Transport & Warehouse sector
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards individual and team targets

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recruitment experience, ideally within Transport, Logistics, Driving or Warehouse
• Is confident dealing with clients and candidates at all levels
• Enjoys sales and business development as part of recruitment
• Is motivated by growing their own desk and earning potential
• Is commercially minded, proactive and target driven
• Can build long-term relationships rather than simply filling vacancies
• Works well independently but also enjoys being part of xwzovoh a team

What's on offer

??£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
