About the role
Overview
Senior Account Director – Global Formula 1 Partnership. Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of a high-profile global Formula 1 brand partnership, overseeing premium hospitality programs and headline activations across Grands Prix worldwide. As the senior client lead, manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders, rights holders, and partner agencies, guiding a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class brand experiences—both at-track and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and delivery of global F1 partnership initiatives
- Oversee premium hospitality and experiential activations at international events
- Manage senior client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution
- Drive account growth and identify new opportunities for innovation and impact
Required Experience
- Proven expertise in Formula 1 sponsorship and hospitality, either agency-side or in-house
- Strong track record in client leadership, strategic planning, and team management
- Commercial acumen with experience owning budgets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated success in delivering premium experiences for global brands and C-suite audiences
- Outstanding organisational, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
