This is an opportunity to take a central role in shaping how data drives decision making within a fast-growing, digital-first business. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will turn complex questions into clear insights, influencing customer strategy, product performance, and commercial outcomes.

The Role

• Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance to drive business insight
• Partner with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams to support strategic decision making
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks
• Build dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools
• Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data analysis
• Support experimentation and performance measurement initiatives
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to improving analytics processes and data maturity across the organisation

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving capability
• Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
• Ability to structure analysis independently and communicate clearly
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Understanding of customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle analysis
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Collaborative approach with strong curiosity and adaptability
