About the role
Motorclean is looking for a Mobile Smart Repair to join our team of Mobile SMART Repair Technicians.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
You will be provided with a fully equipped company van and will travel to locations across your designated region, including but not limited to Yorkshire, Leeds, Wakefield and Stockton.
Earnings:
Basic salary of 28k a year
Pay per repair unit completed, with realistic earnings of up to £1,000 per week
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess damaged vehicles and determine the appropriate repair method.
Carry out SMART repairs to the highest standard , including minor dents, scratches, scuffs, paint damage, bumpers, panels and alloy wheels.
Complete paint preparation, colour matching, paint mixing and application , along with polishing, blending and finishing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle body repair and spray-painting techniques .
Complete jobs accurately and promptly using the company portal .
Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment, with good housekeeping and proper storage of tools and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and place stock orders when required.
Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and company procedures.
Communicate professionally and politely with customers, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Be flexible and willing to travel to and work at other SMART Repair sites when required.
Requirements:
Strong proven experience in Smart Repair body repair and spray painting.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to this role.
Ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or within a team environment.
Valid Full Driving Licence.
