Our client, a reputable accident repair centre in Fareham, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to advance their career within a well-established environment that values customer service and operational efficiency. Benefits for the successful Bodyshop Advisor: * Competitive basic salary of £29,567 per year * On-target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses * Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30 * Optional overtime on Saturdays * Training and development opportunities * Supportive and professional team environment * Opportunity to develop customer relations and administrative skills * Potential to utilise Autoflow knowledge and parts administration experience Duties of the Bodyshop Advisor: * Meet and greet customers professionally at the front desk * Answer incoming calls, pass messages, and direct enquiries appropriately * Inform customers about payment requirements and process card and cash transactions * Assist with parts administration and general office duties * Familiarise with company management systems and complete courtesy car handovers * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude * Support operational processes within the accident repair centre Requirements of the Bodyshop Advisor: * Proven experience as a Customer Bodyshop Advisor similar role within an accident repair or automotive environment * Knowledge of Autoflow system preferred * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Confident with computer systems and administration tasks * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment * Friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude * Strong customer service skills and organisational ability If you are interested in this excellent opportunity to join a leading accident repair centre as a Customer Advisor, we encourage you to find out more about this vacancy today.
