Head Housekeeper

Head Housekeeper required for a luxury hotel based in a highly desirable part of the south west countryside. Part of a small quality hotel group, this is a beautiful 75-bedroom hotel with outstanding facilities and individually designed bedrooms.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced head housekeeper to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations with the hotel.

The role requires strong leadership and good organisational skills, with the view of planning and prioritising activities on a weekly basis.

The head housekeeper will lead a team of 15 within the department, and will take ownership for their development, mentoring and leadership.

This is a very quality driven hotel and requires a head housekeeper with excellent attention to detail and who knows what quality looks like.
