This is a customer-focused role where strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving are key. * Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and agree on suitable repayment arrangements * Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving positive business outcomes * Handle inbound customer enquiries and resolve account-related queries * Process customer payments accurately and securely over the phone * Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in line with company procedures * Work towards first-call resolution and customer satisfaction targets About You We’re looking for a confident communicator with previous experience in customer service, collections, contact centres, or other outbound telephone-based roles. * Previous experience in collections, customer service, debt recovery, or an outbound call environment * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust * Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills * Confident negotiating positive outcomes with customers * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Self-motivated, resilient, and professional when handling challenging conversations * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills If you’re seeking a part-time customer service or collections role with genuine earning potential and excellent work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you
