THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

Relay Direct is hiring Customer Success Executives to be the human face of some of the UK's most recognised brands — connecting with customers, solving their questions, and turning first conversations into lasting relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary face-to-face contact for brand partners in local campaigns
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand trust and loyalty
• Identify and convert customer needs into positive brand outcomes
• Feed insights back into campaign strategy through structured team reviews
• Grow into a senior customer success or account management role
