Executive Director - Office for Zero Inequities

The University of Brighton has established the Office for Zero Inequities as its dedicated institutional delivery function to eliminate inequities affecting students and staff. The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational oversight for the Office and be accountable for delivering the University’s Zero Inequities Transformation Initiative.

They will also lead institution-wide efforts to eliminate differential outcomes, improve staff and student experience, embed equity into institutional design and decision‑making, and establish the University of Brighton as a national and international exemplar in institutional equity transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for the Office for Zero Inequities.
  • Deliver the University’s Zero Inequities Transformation Initiative.
  • Lead institution-wide efforts to eliminate differential outcomes and improve staff and student experience.
