This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Contracts Manager or an ambitious Supervisor looking to take the next step into management. Our client is keen to speak with candidates who have a strong technical background in mechanical services, commercial gas, heating, plumbing or air conditioning, with the ability to oversee contracts, manage engineers and ensure the successful delivery of works. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical maintenance and associated works, ensuring contracts are managed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
